TOMZ Corporation is excited to welcome Brandon Calavan as our new Director of Engineering. In this role, Brandon will be directly responsible for the leadership and management of our Engineering Services, including direct support of customer quotes and proposals, program management, and supervision of the various engineering divisions, in order to successfully deliver New Product Introduction (NPI) products and product families from production readiness into commercialization.

Brandon will be crucial to helping TOMZ optimize product and process development, continuously improve our engineering practices, effectively execute project plans, plan internal and external budgeting, and introduce new manufacturing processes and technologies. 

Brandon will bring clear vision and direction to his work at TOMZ, resulting in an organized, empowered engineering team that will improve organizational initiatives, unlock innovation opportunities, and smoothly drive development programs to completion.
