We launched TOMZ Academy! We all know there is an exceptionally high demand in the manufacturing space for talent. TOMZ Academy is our way of bridging the skills gap and cultivating our own talent. This is a 6 week, paid, hands-on course designed to give future machinists the opportunity to become full-time vested employees of TOMZ. The small class size of 4-6 students combined with expert instruction offers a fast track for prospective students interested in machining to pursue a fruitful and rewarding career at TOMZ.
